Job description

Responsible to manage channel partners and continuously improve & optimize channel management policy and process including channel partner selecting, onboarding, partnering, managing and leveraging to drive business growth. Manages channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Raise gaps and improvements on channel management operations policies and procedures, discuss improvement solutions with partners and implement follow up actions to optimize overall procedure. Manage existing channel partner relationships in conjunction with the sales and sales leadership teams according to the set goals. Develop and evaluate for channel managments. Lead team to optimize channel management operations excellence aligned with business developing trend, brand, and sales strategies, and set clear priorities for team across channels. Set up and optimize controlling tools to ensure proper implementation of policy and tools for efficient follow up with channel management team. Measure essential KPIs at organizational and individual level. Improvement and Optimization on distributors evaluations systems, Set up and optimize controlling tools to ensure proper implementation of channel manangement and developemnt, Reduce un-qualified channel partners.
