This position reports to: Service Business Process Manager __ Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate certain aspects of a project. Each day, you will support Project Managers in the management and execution of project activities. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. The work model for this role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the implementation of a strategic service project in Napier. You'll work closely with service managers and key project stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Our Napier facility has earned significant recognition for its excellence and innovation. You will be mainly accountable for:Data analysis and project site implementation Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance Monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed upon with the customer Reviewing project plans and ensuring that site safety and integrity topics are identified and addressed prior to the commencement of the project Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in data analysis You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis You possess enhanced knowledge of SAP/Microsoft Office and Power BI You are passionate about AI and have past experience in this field Extensive knowledge of database You are at ease communicating in English More about usABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
