This position reports to: Sales Support Manager - Customer Support __ Your role and responsibilities For our Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the order management of all Local Business Line of CNIB, serving the group customers. You need to provide internal and external customer support and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the ELSB Division in China. You will be mainly accountable for:Customer order execution. Customer support such as handling customer issues of technical, logistics, certification related, delivery improving, etc. via coordinating with Marketing & Sales, Product management, Operations, and other internal and/or external functions. Tracks delivery performance and provides analysis and prediction to management. Commercial support to order handling team such as Customer, Credit, Pricing and sales related master data maintenance, AR collection, overdue payment, special discount follow up and auditing. Qualifications for the roleBachelor degree or above in International trade, with a minor in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science or other quantitative subject preferred. Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Competent data analysis and problem-solving skills. A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data. Sound knowledge of ERP system especially SAP. Strong skills of office software, especially with Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc. Fluent in written and verbal English. A collaborative and team spirit, solutions-oriented approach and strong cross function coordination skills. Responsive and proactive behavior; demonstrated responsibility for and ownership of customer issues.
