Manage end-to-end agile sourcing projects mainly in the following categories- Industrial Operations, Information Technology, Corporate Professional Services, Human Resources, and Marketing. The projects can range from low complexity sole sourced incumbent projects to higher complexity competitive projects. Agile Sourcing involves quickly and efficiently finding and acquiring resources or services needed for a project. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. The goal is to support agile project management by being responsive and adaptable. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes. This role is essential for keeping projects on track and within budget. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers. What are we looking for?
