This role requires guiding and mentoring teams throughout the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on delivering scalable and high-performance software that aligns with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to continuously improve development processes and methodologies. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization. - Strong experience in software architecture design and implementation. - Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in custom software solutions. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Experience in setting and enforcing development standards and best practices.
