About the role In this very versatile, home-based role as Technical Sales Specialist we are looking for a fresh mind to join our high performing team in Cramlington. Supporting the Southern England Region, reporting to the Technical Sales Manager UK & IRL as part of the Sales Team (UK, Ireland), with a dotted reporting line to the UK & Ireland Country Manager. Key Responsibilities This is a home-based position requiring extensive travel across the Midlands and South West of the UK. Act as interface between Technical and Sales departments as the specialist for pressure sensitive materials. Work in close collaboration with customers to understand their requirements and translate these into custom made product solutions. Explore new applications and market opportunities. Contribute to new product development from conception to market. Analyse, troubleshoot and quickly come up with solutions to Customer questions regarding label printing, conversion and applications. Qualifications Required: 5+ years in Sales, Technical Sales, Business Development, Marketing or equivalent experience. Proficient knowledge and experience in the packaging industry. Must have a clean UK Driving License. Skills you need to succeed: Strong analytical, project management, research and reporting skills. Good communicator (verbal and written) and presenter to internal and external parties.
