About the role As a Customer Service Representative at Avery Dennison, you will serve as the primary link between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer interactions, resolve complex inquiries, coordinate with supply chain and logistics functions, and drive client satisfaction and business growth within our Label and Packaging Materials Group division. Key Responsibilities This is a hybrid position based at our Brwinów facility. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inbound inquiries across multiple channels including email, phone, live chat, and online presentations. Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues efficiently. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts, proactively identifying customer needs to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and solutions. Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective and existing clients while meticulously tracking sales activities and customer data within the CRM. Qualifications Required: Minimum of 6+ years of previous experience in an internal sales, or customer service function (ideally within the manufacturing/production industry). Full fluency in Polish and English and Russian is considered a plus. Valid driving license and access to your own car. Skills you need to succeed: University degree is welcome. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
