We're looking for a Strategic Program Manager to join Figma Weave as a key partner to our executive team. You'll lead the cross-functional programs and operational systems that scale a fast-growing business—partnering with leaders across product, marketing, customer experience, and operations to take initiatives from problem framing through shipped rollout. This role spans three layers of work in parallel: strategic program leadership, operational execution, and process automation. You'll translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with clear owners and milestones, and stay close enough to the work to ship them, measure them, and improve them. You'll identify the repetitive manual work that sits across functions and replace it with AI-powered automations that raise the operational ceiling without growing headcount. You'll build the inspection mechanisms—dashboards, reviews, planning rhythms—that turn data into decisions. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, who instinctively resolves ambiguity rather than letting it linger, and who reaches for code or AI before reaching for a meeting. You're equally at home writing a strategic memo and shipping a script that automates a workflow. This is a full time role based out of our New York hub. What you’ll do at Figma Weave: Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end—from problem framing and option analysis through rollout, change management, and measurement—partnering with leaders across product, marketing, customer experience, and operations Own the operating cadence of Figma Weave, including planning rhythm, executive team rituals, All Hands content and structure, and the review mechanisms that keep the company honest about progress against priorities Design and ship AI-powered automations that remove repetitive manual work across functions—identifying high-friction workflows, prototyping the solution, and rolling it out to the team Build dashboards, reviews, and inspection mechanisms that turn data into decisions, including the underlying queries, models, and tooling Develop business cases that shape major decisions—structuring ambiguous problems, conducting research, weighing options, and surfacing clear recommendations with the data to back them Translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics—staying close enough to the work to spot risk early Craft executive-level narratives—planning packages, All Hands content, leadership reviews, board materials—that synthesize insight, frame decisions, and build alignment Support light budget tracking
