YOUR ROLEAs an HR Expert in Vienna, you will be a trusted partner for employees and managers across all areas of Human Resources. You will take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract management through employee development and organizational changes to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with local requirements. In this diverse role, you will work across a wide range of HR topics, including Austrian labor law, payroll coordination, benefits administration, health & safety, GDPR, communications, and HR policy ownership. You will provide practical guidance to employees and managers while coordinating with internal and external service partners to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. As part of the DACH HR team, you will support the implementation of global HR policies and processes within the Austrian organization while adapting them to local legal and business needs. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality HR documentation, contract management, and governance standards while ensuring an efficient and compliant HR environment. The role combines classic HR Business Partner responsibilities with operational and administrative ownership. You will coordinate key HR processes, contribute to local and regional HR projects, and continuously seek opportunities to simplify, standardize, and digitize ways of working. In addition, you will actively drive your own professional development and broaden your expertise across a variety of HR disciplines. This position offers unique exposure to all aspects of Human Resources within an international organization and provides excellent opportunities for personal growth, project work, and meaningful contributions to a modern and efficient HR function.
