Job Title Head of Clover Product & SMB Growth Head of Clover Product & SMB Growth What does a successful Head of Clover Product & SMB Growth do? At Fiserv, a successful Head of Clover Product & SMB Growth owns and leads the product strategy and commercial accountability for the wider SMB business across EMEA, with a strong index towards Clover as the primary product, software and solution growth engine. The role is accountable for shaping the regional SMB platform strategy, including hardware, software, value-added services, app ecosystem and partner capabilities, and for ensuring the investment roadmap supports market growth, platform simplification and merchant outcomes. Success means winning new SMB business, accelerating Clover adoption across priority markets and channels, and migrating existing non-Clover SMB merchants onto the right Clover-led solution where it improves customer experience, revenue, retention and long-term platform simplification. The successful candidate will bring product leadership, commercial judgement, market proximity, decision-making discipline and the ability to manage effectively through Fiserv’s matrix environment with multiple senior stakeholders. What you will do: Own and lead the EMEA SMB commercial strategy, ensuring clear linkage between product priorities, market plans, sales execution and financial outcomes Position Clover as the core growth engine for EMEA SMB, while ensuring the wider SMB proposition, including non-Clover portfolios, has a clear migration, simplification and commercialisation path Drive growth through both winning new SMB merchants and migrating existing non-Clover SMB merchants to appropriate Clover-led solutions Champion EMEA SMB market, merchant and partner needs as part of the Clover Global Leadership team Shape and execute the Clover product and commercial vision for EMEA, ensuring regional priorities are reflected in the global roadmap and investment choices Own the EMEA SMB platform roadmap across Clover hardware, software, value-added services, integrations and app ecosystem capabilities, ensuring investment is prioritised against merchant needs, revenue opportunity and scalable market adoption Define clear go-to-market strategies by market and channel, including direct, partner, JV, bank, AQaaS, ISO and emerging distribution models Lead pricing, packaging, proposition development, sales enablement, demand generation and launch execution for SMB and Clover growth initiatives Manage products and initiatives strategically and tactically through the lifecycle, linking roadmap decisions to revenue, margin, retention, adoption and customer outcomes Create a disciplined approach to back-book migration, including prioritisation, commercial cases, customer impact, operational readiness and market sequencing Serve as the primary EMEA SMB and Clover commercial interface for Fiserv channels, regional leadership, global Clover, technology, finance, marketing, operations and JV partners Manage through Fiserv’s matrix structure by building alignment, driving decisions, resolving blockers and holding stakeholders accountable without relying solely on direct authority What you will need to have: Strong commercial leadership, with the ability to own a growth strategy, translate it into market action and tie activity back to financial outcomes Market proximity and confidence engaging directly with sales teams, partners, clients and prospects to understand requirements, shape solutions and make practical commercial calls Decisive leadership style, with the ability to form a clear point of view, challenge constructively, take ownership of complex issues and drive stakeholders towards resolution Excellent influencing and communication skills, especially in a complex matrix organisation with multiple senior stakeholders and shared ownership Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring plans move from assessment and discussion into delivery, adoption and measurable performance Strong product and commercialisation discipline across roadmap prioritisation, business casing, pricing, packaging, GTM, enablement and performance management Ability to shape and prioritise investment across SMB platform, software and value-added services, balancing global platform direction with EMEA market requirements and commercial return Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-market EMEA environment where product, commercial, technology, finance, operations, legal, compliance and market priorities must be actively coordinated Data-led and customer-led mindset, using financial performance, merchant insight, channel feedback, NPS, attrition, retention and adoption metrics to guide decisions Self-starter attitude, with the energy to create structure, surface risks early, unblock delivery and maintain momentum across multiple parallel priorities What would be great to have: Experience leading SMB, payments, fintech, acquiring, commerce, POS or SaaS growth strategies across multiple EMEA markets Proven track record in commercial strategy, business development, product management and proposition commercialisation Experience migrating customer portfolios from legacy or non-strategic solutions to modern platforms, with clear business case, operational readiness and customer impact management Hands-on experience with point-of-sale tools, hardware, software, app ecosystems, SaaS plans, e-commerce or value-added services for SMB merchants Experience defining software, value-added services or platform investment roadmaps that improve merchant experience, increase attach rates and create recurring revenue opportunities Experience working across direct sales, partners, ISOs, JVs, banks or AQaaS distribution channels Strong understanding of how to operate in a global-regional matrix, including partnering with global product and technology teams while representing regional market priorities #LI-AW1 Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
