KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Strategic Planning & Business Advisory Partner with senior leadership to shape portfolio and business strategies that drive growth, performance, and organizational priorities. Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Provide strategic guidance on investments, prioritization, and business initiatives. Analytics, Insights & Storytelling Translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and executive recommendations. Develop compelling, data-driven narratives that influence decision-making, build alignment, and accelerate adoption of key initiatives. Lead the development of executive presentations—from story crafting and content synthesis to presentation design—for the Board of Directors, C-suite, and senior leadership. Change Enablement & Strategic Execution Support the successful adoption of strategic initiatives through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Translate strategy into actionable plans, success measures, and operating mechanisms that drive execution and accountability. Monitor strategic performance and recommend actions to improve business outcomes and organizational impact. Must Have: Minimum Requirements- To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile: Baccalaureate with minimum of 7+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant strategy and managing consulting experience. Nice to Have: Proven experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio management, or a related field. Previous experience within a consulting firm Advanced PowerPoint and Excel Previous Med Tech experience Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build credibility across all organizational levels. Experience working with senior executives on strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts. Strong business acumen and ability to connect enterprise strategy with operational execution. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
