A Day in the LifeAs a Senior Training and Education Specialist – Medical Education, you play an important role in advancing clinical knowledge and therapy adoption among healthcare professionals within the CRDN portfolio. Your day typically begins by collaborating with cross functional teams such as medical affairs, clinical, marketing, legal, compliance and commercial leaders to identify educational needs related to new therapies, clinical evidence, or procedural advancements. You regularly review feedback from physicians, field teams, and program participants to refine medical education content and ensure that learning materials remain clinically relevant, evidence based, and aligned with global medical education standards. This helps ensure that educational initiatives effectively support safe and appropriate therapy adoption. A key part of your role involves planning and delivering high quality medical education programs for healthcare professionals through formats such as workshops, symposia, proctorships, and hands on training sessions. You work closely with clinical experts and faculty to develop structured programs that enhance physicians’ understanding of procedures, clinical outcomes, and best practices. You also support the development of medical education materials, course structures, and learning methodologies that facilitate effective knowledge transfer. This may include coordinating training centers, managing faculty engagement, and ensuring programs are executed in line with compliance and regulatory guidelines. Throughout the process, you collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, track participation and learning outcomes, and identify opportunities to strengthen clinical engagement. As a senior professional, you may also lead key medical education initiatives, guide program planning, and support the development of sustainable physician education platforms that contribute to long term therapy growth and improved patient care Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Plan, develop, and deliver training programs focused on products, procedures, and therapies to support commercial, marketing, and enabling functions. Gather relevant information and insights required to design training programs; develop course content, training materials, and learning methodologies; and coordinate the creation of supporting training tools and aids. Ensure all training programs align with organizational objectives and comply with global training certification requirements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure the effectiveness and relevance of training initiatives. Regularly review and update training content and lesson plans to address evolving training needs and ensure technical information remains current and accurate. To track the learning outcome and therapy adoption Required Knowledge and Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory environment, clinical training, field sales or support within the medical device or healthcare industry, or equivalent experience. OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering technical or clinical training programs. Ability to manage training projects from design through implementation. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to improve processes, systems, or training effectiveness. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and cross functional teams. Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues and coordinating work across project teams. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Exposure or experience of interventional cardiology is good to have .
