Graduate Engineer Trainee - Production Planning and Control (F/M/D)

Responsibilities: Schedule Planning: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and capacity constraints Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure resources and materials are available as needed Monitoring: Track production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays, equipment failures, or changes in demand Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations. Customer Service Support: address any material shortages or delays and adjust plans to meet production requirements Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production orders and prepare reports as required Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in production scheduling and inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Qualifications: Full Time Bachelor degree in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) in Mechanical or Production or Industrial or Supply Chain Management Basic computer knowledge and well Versed with MS Office Willingness to adapt material scheduling ERP Software (Entreprise resource planning) such as SAP (Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing) Participate and support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities Read, Write and Speak in English and Local Languages (Marathi and Hindi) to understand work Instructions Good Communication Skills and ability to work well within and cross-functional teams, also Work Cohesively with Team Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
