Job Description SummaryWe are seeking for a Lawyer supporting the commercial and strategic objectives of the business, with 5-10 years of experience, preferably in multinational Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries, with strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and business partnering. Key Responsibilities Provide legal support to Private Customers, R&D, Marketing, Real Estate, and Indirect Channel Partner teams. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial, technology, marketing, real estate, and partnership agreements. Advise on healthcare-related legal, regulatory, compliance, and contractual matters. Support innovation projects, technology collaborations, marketing initiatives, and operational activities. Assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks while supporting strategic objectives. Support new business models and process improvement initiatives. Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical legal solutions. Required Qualifications Law degree and license to practice law (OAB). 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably in multinational companies. Experience in commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation. Strong understanding of legal risk assessment, contract management, and compliance. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Fluent English and Portuguese. Desired Characteristics Experience in Healthcare or other regulated industries. Strong commercial mindset and pragmatic legal, solutions oriented legal approach.. Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
