The Sales Excellence Training position is responsible for designing, delivering and sustaining a comprehensive sales methodology framework that elevates sales performance across the organization. This role drives the development and adoption of sales methodology, value-based selling, analytics and capabilities of sales skills, process and execution. By aligning strategy with practical role-based training and reinforcement to execution metrics, this position enables consistent, high-quality customer engagement, predictable pipeline execution and sustainable revenue growth. The goal is to ensure the sales organization consistently delivers superior customer value while winning the right deals, in the right way, every time. Key Responsibilities: Design and evolve a NAM Sales Excellence strategy and curriculum covering mindset, skills processes and execution across the full sales lifecycle that maximize performance and sales results Own and drive the adoption of the sales methodology framework and value-based selling across zones and roles Embed value-based and consultative selling principles into all training, tools and coaching Equip other trainers to drive and coach to sales excellence frameworks Support front line managers to reinforce skills through coaching frameworks, deal reviews and field application Leverage sales analytics, CRM data and win/loss insights to identify capability gaps and training priorities. Partner cross-functionally (enablement, sales operations, marketing) to improve pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy Drive change management and adoption for new tools, processes and ways of selling Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and customer focus Utilize success metrics to measure sales performance impact and adoption and behavior change Continually evaluate all sales training activities to identify areas for improvement and drive overall effectiveness Provide written feedback on observed behaviors (field rides, classroom etc.) to the respective Area Vice President, Regional Sales Director and Head of NAM Learning & Development Conduct regular field travel with New Hires and identified sales representatives through working with the Leadership team, Sales Excellence Trainer and/or Product Trainers Deliver and/or Assist in the delivery of additional formal training programs or take on other training roles and responsibilities that may be necessary to support the success of Siemens Healthineers Location: Preferred to be near a major airport in the Central or East zones Key Competencies & Skills: Process oriented: Disciplined approach that focuses on defining, following, and continuously improving structured workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and reliable outcomes. Experience with sales methodology and commercial processes: Ability to create and drive a structured framework and defined steps that guide sellers on how to engage customers, advance opportunities, and consistently execute deals from prospecting through close. Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen: Ability to align learning strategies with business goals, particularly in commercial and customer-facing functions. Global Leadership & Influence: Experience collaborating across regions and cultures. Skilled in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across matrixed organizations. Learning Innovation & Methodology Design: Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning technologies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Uses learning analytics and performance metrics to assess impact and continuously improve programs. Change Leadership & Transformation: Leads through ambiguity and champions continuous learning as a lever for transformation. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership: Works closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and external vendors to co-create impactful learning experiences. Business Acumen: Ability to understand how an organization makes money and to use financial, market, and strategic insight to make sound decisions that drive business results. Strong capability to translate product, clinical, or technical knowledge into practical, customer‑facing selling expertise Coaching and facilitation skills Ability to assess sales performance and adapt training approaches based on evolving market and customer needs Expertise in funnel development and management processes Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with credibility among field sales and leadership teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies and sales roles Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relative expertise in Business, Healthcare, or related field 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the market landscape and customer needs 5+ years in commercial sales with proven success in role Expertise and/or certifications in sales skills delivery Training or field-sales training experience preferred #LI-BH1 Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The base pay range for this position is: $128,490 - $176,671 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
