Lead Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Job description

This is a senior individual-contributor and technical leadership role for an engineer who can operate across infrastructure, software engineering, cloud architecture, and production operations. You will establish reliability strategy, influence architectural decisions, lead complex incident response, and guide engineering teams in building resilient, observable, and highly automated services. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to lead through influence. You will work closely with software engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, architecture, product, and operations teams to reduce operational risk and improve the performance and availability of business-critical systems.
