This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications are tailored to support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. The work environment encourages innovation and problem-solving to deliver reliable and efficient applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
