We're particularly interested in professionals with experience in: Change Management Business Transformation & Change Adoption HR Transformation Workforce Strategy & Future of Work Learning, Talent & Skills Transformation Organisational Transformation What you'll do As part of our Talent & Organisation team, you'll work alongside clients to: Design and deliver people-centric transformation programs. Develop and implement change management strategies. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and training initiatives. Support workforce and organisational transformation. Help clients embed sustainable change and realise the value of transformation. What we're looking for We're interested in candidates with: Consulting experience or experience delivering complex transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Experience across government, Defence or large enterprise organisations is highly regarded. Defence experience and/or an Australian Government Security Clearance are beneficial but not essential.
