Work Flexibility: Hybrid Position summary: This role is to work as Business Partner to support Business Unit in key dealer management functions. Give guidance to facilitate Business Unit in managing dealer so as to achieve its targets via efficient collaboration with the field force and under effective management of the dealer network. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description) Business Unit Support - Implement the channel strategy to support sustainable growth of business unit - Assist business unit or internal function in problem solving of dealer issues Dealer Compliance - Ensure dealer to sign off agreement, memo or addendum timely and accurately. - Perform check in and out procedure involve dealer SOP, 3rd party due diligence, dealer renewal SOP… - Ensure the dealers to follow Stryker finance and operation policy and procedure, compliance and legal policy Dealer Communication - Consolidate and maintain comprehensive communication channel with dealer, regional hub, end customer and internal functions. - Regular review meeting with dealers, conduct performance analysis and resolve issue. Be proactive to foresee possible issue and take preventive actions. - Maintain and provide swift response to the enquiry collected in Dealer Email and Services Line. - Organize dealer seminar and meeting to improve dealer level of competency and engagement. Data consolidation and analysis - Regular consolidation of PTD and IMS, inventory or surgery case data. Provide comprehensive information for business decisions. - Conduct dealer audit, surgery case audit or instrument audit to have deep dive on dealer’s situation - Assist marketing/finance/operation/RAQA department in collecting necessary data Education & Experience: • Bachelor degree in commercial or scientific area • Demonstrated sales, operations and dealer management over a course of at least 6 years. • Distributor management experience preferred • Previous sales experience in a provincial level is preferred Physical & Mental Requirements: • Excellent communication skills • High ethical standards and integrity. • Good service & problem solver, • Discipline, Attention to details Leadership (People Management requirement) • Team management experience preferred Travel Percentage: None
