Position Summary You will be a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals across your assigned territory in the Philippines. You will build evidence-based relationships, use local insights to grow appropriate patient access, and deliver territory goals. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other local stakeholders through regular in-person and digital engagement. - Use scientific knowledge and local treatment guidance to make patient-focused recommendations. - Develop and execute territory plans using data and customer insight to prioritise visits and opportunities. - Achieve sales and service objectives while tracking performance and adjusting plans as needed. - Work closely with medical, marketing, access and supply teams to deliver a joined-up customer experience. - Maintain accurate reporting, comply with laws and company standards, and manage samples and expenses responsibly. Responsibilities and outcomes you will be measured on - Achievement of territory targets and activity metrics. - Quality and credibility of scientific customer engagement. - Use of territory insights to shape and improve local plans. - Timely, accurate reporting and adherence to compliance requirements. - Contribution to team goals and cross-functional initiatives. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales, or equivalent customer-facing healthcare experience. - Strong communication skills in English and Filipino for clear, patient-focused discussions. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory. - Proficiency in common digital tools and CRM systems for planning, reporting and insight generation. - Commitment to follow local laws, industry codes, and company policies in all interactions. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working in the Philippines healthcare market or familiarity with local treatment pathways. - Experience with multi-channel engagement or digital customer interactions. - Ability to use analytics or business intelligence tools to generate actionable territory insights. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and treatment guidelines with healthcare professionals. - Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities. - Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning. Work type This role is on-site and field-based in the Philippines. Expect regular travel across your assigned territory.
