Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Multi-Family Finance Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Diegem, Flemish Brabant, Belgium, Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, Zug, Switzerland Job Description: Finance Compliance Manager, Projects Purpose of the Role As part of the MT Principal’s Compliance and Governance team, and operating within the broader MTPO group and LEGO transformation landscape, this role supports the execution of the compliance strategy across ongoing finance transformation initiatives. The position focuses on ensuring compliance continuity and readiness for entities undergoing change (e.g. finance technology deployments, integrations, structural adjustments, decommissioning). In parallel, the role provides compliance support to finance teams operating in a transitioning environment. Role is tied to the ongoing transformation initiatives and evolving organizational needs. Through close collaboration with transformation program teams (e.g., Transcend, Transact), the role ensures timely risk assessment, control design, and alignment of processes, systems, and data with compliance requirements. While you are welcome to apply to any or all of the postings, we recommend focusing on the specific country(s) that align with your preferred location(s): Ireland & Belgium - Requisition Number: R-086675 Switzerland - Requisition Number: R-086140 Key Responsibilities Translate compliance standards into clear expectations for transformation programs and impacted entities Coordinate and oversee transformation-related risk assessments, control identification, and compliance deliverables, provide guidance on compliance topics, including internal controls, data integrity, system decommissioning and interface assurance requirements Monitor compliance progress, risks, and issues across assigned programs, challenge outputs (e.g. risk assessments, control mappings, remediation plans) Support activity transfers, integrations, and structural changes from a compliance and finance perspective Provide ongoing compliance support for current state to the impacted finance teams e.g. via maintaining/updating/aligning documentation package (RCMs, SOPs, hand-offs, interface inventory, CRS), compliance advisory, local access rights management strategy support, etc. Coordinate and support audits and reviews (SOX 404, PwC, GA&A) Ensure alignment of financial processes with global policies and statutory requirements Qualifications Strong knowledge of compliance and internal control frameworks Solid experience with SOX requirements and US GAAP At least 5 years of experience in finance/compliance; experience in transformation programs or complex operational environments is an advantage Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Required Skills: Communication, Finance Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management Preferred Skills: Budget Management, Business Savvy, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Developing Others, Fact-Based Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Financial Competence, Financial Management, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Inclusive Leadership, Leadership, Operational Excellence, Strategic Analysis, Tactical Planning, Team Management
