We are searching for the best talent to us as a Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist, Electrophysiology (EP) in Zug, Switzerland. Purpose: This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of contract, pricing, and master data processes across the EP business. The position supports pricing data integrity, contract documentation, system maintenance, process improvement, and operational execution while strengthening data quality, compliance, and sustainable business support. As a Pricing, Data and Contract Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Develop a strong understanding of pricing logic, pricing hierarchy, and existing business models, including the end-to-end process from negotiation through implementation, to identify opportunities for improvement. Review customer pricing contracts to ensure completeness, correctness, consistency, timely signature tracking, archiving, and smooth implementation of negotiated terms. Ensure accurate upload, maintenance, and governance of pricing and commercial conditions in corporate systems, acting as Power User and internal reference for contract repository management, pricing data integrity, SOX-relevant documentation, and audit compliance. Clarify price discrepancies and validation of credit notes with customers Calculation and creation of one-time customer offer. Test and roll out digital solutions, such as price offer calculation tools. Being involved in scenario calculations and complex customer offers, and monitoring of such contracts. Further develop and implement processes and controls that strengthen operational execution, data quality, and compliance. Maintain and update HCP, customer, and product master data in line with process and compliance requirements. Manage user access requests and related administrative processes. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, sales support, or master data management, preferably in the MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industry environment. Fluent German and professional-level English skills are required; French is an advantage. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data systems is an advantage. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
