This position reports to: R2R CoE Junior Capability Lead __ Your role and responsibilities As R2R Senior Analyst (System Key User) you will connect R2R control knowledge with system support, helping ensure processes run with integrity and compliance, while assisting end users and maintaining system performance. In this role, you will provide subject matter knowledge, support end-users, and contribute to system enhancements, testing, and training. The role requires both functional knowledge of business processes and a solid understanding of system capabilities. The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Control & Process Expertise Performing daily tasks and activities related to control & validation and act as process specialist for end-to-end R2R Ensure correct process execution per policies, internal control frameworks Serve as the first point of contact for end-users regarding system-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting. Ensure processes are executed in compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. Act as a gatekeeper for data integrity and process discipline within the system. System & Testing Collaborate with IT on system changes, enhancements, and testing (UAT, regression testing, release validation). Identify gaps, propose improvements, and escalate issues to system owner. Promote best practices and standardization across the business. Training, Change Management & Stakeholder Support Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer for end-users and team members Act as change ambassador and collect feedback for process improvement initiatives Maintain stakeholder engagement and support business continuity planning Qualifications for the role: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or IT 4+ years of operational experience in finance or R2R processes Experience with end-to-end R2R, and enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, CFIN, SNOW) You have stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills You understand continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) Agility, a data-driven perspective, a sense of ownership, and the capacity to work across functions Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
