Job Description: Ihr Beitrag zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg Als Prozessingenieur (m/w/*) am Standort Kempten (Allgäu) für den Bereich Sintered Components haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: In der Rolle als Prozessingenieur (m/w/*) sind sie verantwortlich für die Produktionsprozesse zur Herstellung von Keramikbauteilen Entwicklung & Implementierung von Verfahren und Vorgaben für neue Produkte und Prozesse Untersuchung, Bewertung und Modifizierung von Abläufen und Verfahren hinsichtlich der Verbesserung von Effizienz, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität Leiten von Prozessoptimierungen und Sicherstellen der Qualtität mittels verschiedener Ansätze (SixSigma, Kaizen, weitere statistische Methoden) Ursachenanalyse und Definition von Abstellmaßnahmen bei Prozessproblemen und Reklamationen Unterstützung bei der internen und externen technischen Kommunikation Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Werkstofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Prozessoptimierung von keramischen Herstellprozessen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1) Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Vorgehensweise, sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: Fachkenntnisse in der Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden (8D, Six-Sigma, Green Belt, Lean-Tools, etc.) Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen sowie SAP Stellenbezogene Informationen: Work Your Way: Vor Ort Schichtmodell: Gleitzeit Safety is a core value at 3M.
