As a Medical Partner, you will be a trusted, externally focused, and scientifically grounded partner within our customer engagement model. You will be responsible for building deep connections with key external stakeholders, driving integrated medical strategies, generating impactful clinical insights, and ensuring our innovations reach their full potential for patients with an end-to-end perspective. About the opportunity: Act as the medical and scientific expert for the pipeline and portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, shaping local integrated strategy and value stories. Proactively engage with Thought Leaders / Thought Area Experts (TAEs) and healthcare ecosystem stakeholders, ensuring peer-to-peer scientific exchange, medical education, and practice adoption. Systematically collect, analyze, and translate clinical practice insights into strategic, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams (Squads). Lead the development of local Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) and evidence-generation tactics (including NIS, IIS, and RWE/RWD projects) to address critical clinical and access gaps. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access (HTA) teams to support local clinical trials, product submissions, and value demonstration. Ensure all medical activities, scientific communications, and content (including AI-generated data verification) strictly adhere to internal standards, local regulatory requirements, GCP, and GVP. Qualification: Education: Completed degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Natural Sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent). Advanced/Fluent English for global collaboration, alongside strong local language communication skills. Solid experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or equivalent scientific role within Neuromuscular Disease Area. Strategic acumen, digital literacy (ability to navigate and oversee AI tools/LLMs), and an agile, solution-oriented mindset. Strong ability to build trusted external networks, communicate complex scientific data assertively, and navigate cross-functional matrix environments (Squad model). High adherence to compliance, corporate ethics, GCP, and GVP standards while maintaining an entrepreneurial vision for patient impact. Availability to work in São Paulo.
