The Opportunity As a Senior Project Manager - RDT Data you will: Drive Strategic Scope Leadership: Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to define, manage, and champion scope strategies, frameworks, and best practices across complex, high-impact initiatives. Lead Complex Problem Solving: Analyze cross-boundary delivery challenges, uncover complex needs, and drive strategic consensus through persuasive communication and structured facilitation. Manage Senior Stakeholder Relationships: Identify key leaders across organizational boundaries, navigate complex networks, and execute engagement plans that align strategic priorities and resolve conflicts. Shape Organizational Impact: Influence major products and domain strategies by embedding Agile best practices, fostering innovation, and leading large-scale organizational change initiatives. Navigate Delivery Complexity: Oversee complex projects, services, and multi-dependency programs in ambiguous environments while implementing robust delivery frameworks. Leverage Business & Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth business knowledge and market trends to shape delivery strategies, optimize business processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Proactively Manage Risk: Identify strategic opportunities and delivery risks early to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption to business-critical objectives. Champion Delivery Methodologies: Innovate delivery methodologies and scale Agile frameworks to drive continuous improvement across large-scale delivery programs. Who You Are We are looking for a collaborative, strategically-minded leader who brings: Education & Professional Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Archetype Delivery Experience: Extensive, proven experience operating in a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Program Manager, Solution Train Engineer, Agile Coach) managing large-scale, complex programs. Agile Leadership & Change Management: Demonstrated success embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change initiatives across product lines or domains. Stakeholder Engagement Skills: A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key senior stakeholders and driving cross-boundary collaboration. Strategic Business & Technical Acumen: In-depth understanding of market trends and business processes, with the technical ability to shape and execute delivery strategies. Analytical & Solution Mindset: Advanced analytical skills to evaluate strategic options, solve complex cross-boundary problems, and navigate ambiguous delivery requirements. Communication & Coaching Focus: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills, combined with a passion for mentoring colleagues and guiding teams through complex scope and problem-solving scenarios.
