How will you make an impact? Jabil is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager, Cloud and Infrastructure who will directly contribute to the transformative growth within our Global cloud Test Development (GCTD) team in the Cloud Enterprise and Infrastructure (CE&I) division by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems within a large-scale production environment. As a Sr Technical Program Manager, Cloud and Infrastructure at GCTD, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary manufacturing test projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in manufacturing test development with engineers. You will also be responsible for interfacing with internal engineering, manufacturing and quality teams and our end customers to ensure the project deliverables meet the rigorous standards of Jabil’s world-class manufacturing environments. The Technical Program Manager will facilitate and lead test initiatives for a defined customer (internal or external) or user. Provide full accountability for project schedules, project management, and performance requirements for infrastructure, test development and Framework level projects. What will you do? Primary responsibilities of the Technical Program Manager include: Requirements Management & Planning Ensure all NPI test project requirements are accurately captured, validated, and translated into actionable plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives, technical specifications, and deliverables for Infrastructure, SUT, RUT, and GCTD projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Project Execution & Delivery Drive NPI test project tasks to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and scope. Coordinate Infrastructure NRE planning, material procurement with third-party suppliers, and implementation activities. Partner with factory teams to ensure readiness for new product introduction and smooth transition to production. Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate end-to-end engagement—from initial requirements gathering to factory acceptance—ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, tailoring updates for technical teams, management, and customers. Monitoring & Reporting Review and validate project schedules with functional managers and cross-functional teams. Track milestones against performance baselines, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions. Provide clear, concise status reports, highlighting issues, resolutions, and overall project health. Technical Issue Management Triage technical bugs and feature requests in collaboration with engineering teams. Prioritize issues based on impact, allocate resources, and monitor resolution progress. Resource & Capacity Management Manage GCTD test resource capacity and time tracking for all NPI projects. Optimize resource utilization to meet project demands while maintaining efficiency. Leadership & Continuous Improvement Ensure overall project success, including schedule adherence, quality assurance, and scope control. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the test department and global facilities. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational excellence. Communication & Governance Deliver clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks. Additional Responsibilities Participate in strategic planning and contribute to departmental initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals. Reports to Management. How will you get here? Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures required. Expert knowledge of Jabil’s culture and guiding principles Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies. Responsible for collaborating with employees in all Jabil facilities and job roles to achieve the desired results. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: Minimum ten (10) years work-related experience required in project management or related discipline. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environments. Domestic and/or international travel, up to 25-30% required. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: August 16, 2026. As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
