This position reports to: Service Team Leader __ Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Under the supervision of the Service Workshop Manager, and daily work direction of the Team Lead, the Service Repair Technician repairs a variety of breakers and subassemblies, ensuring the best possible, most cost-effective problem resolution, and assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Area in Villanueva de Gállego, Zaragoza. Main stakeholders are Data center’s clients and Service team. - Work model: #LI-Onsite Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, assembly, and testing. Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines. Proactively executing work on a first-time right approach and acting with sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility. Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available. Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation. Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working, communicating them proactively and driving small improvement actions. Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities; reporting unsafe practices and incidents. Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Qualifications for the Role Intermediate or Higher vocational training (FP) in Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, etc. +2 years of experience in similar role, working as electrical technician. Good electrical and mechanical capabilities will be valuable. Dedication, commitment and ability to work in a team. Good social skills, ability to work autonomously and be resilient. A collaborative, solution-focused approach and team work oriented. Basic level of English: especially for the handling of technical documentation at the written level.
