Job Title: Manager I, Facilities Job Description The Facilities Manager 1 is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities operations of assigned sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive workplace environment. The role leads the implementation of facility management programs, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, vendor and contractor management, workplace projects, compliance initiatives, and operational service delivery. The position serves as the primary point of contact for facilities-related concerns, ensuring adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, budget controls, and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily facilities operations and building maintenance activities. Lead vendor and contractor performance, ensuring service quality and compliance. Oversee preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and government regulations. Support workplace projects, renovations, and site improvement initiatives. Monitor facilities budgets, expenses, and operational efficiencies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related requests and concerns. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience and operational effectiveness. Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide management updates on facilities performance. Overall Objective: To ensure uninterrupted facility operations, maintain a safe and compliant workplace, optimize resources, and deliver high-quality facilities services that support business continuity and employee satisfaction.
