Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas con la Operación, Control, Información y Mantenimiento de los Equipos y los Sistemas Críticos de la Sala de maquinas, bajo las normas de EHS. Asegurar que se establezca, implemente y mantenga un sistema de calidad de conformidad con la NTC ISO 9001 ENT 46001 reflejados en el Manual de Calidad. Lo que realizarás en Baxter: 1. Garantizar la operación de los equipos y sistemas de: Aguas, Aire Libre de Aceite, Vapor y Energía. 2. Documentar la información que permita la trazabilidad de los procesos del área, tomando las acciones correctivas que se requieran para mantener los sistemas controlados, informando a la organización su eficiencia. 3. Realizar los mantenimientos predictivos, preventivos y correctivos que garanticen la disponibilidad de los equipos, para la operación eficiente de la planta. 4. Tomar las acciones que garanticen el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad del área. 5. Procurar el cuidado integral de su salud. 6. Suministrar información clara, veraz y completa sobre se estado de salud. 7. Cumplir las normas, reglamentos e instrucciones de los programas de Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de Baxter. 8. Implementar los programas corporativos que involucren al área. 9. Cumplir con la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad definidas en la CO6001A, regulaciones y normas aplicables en materia de Calidad (GMP, manuales y procedimientos de calidad), Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro, sistema de gestión integral de la energía y políticas corporativas relacionadas a su cargo. Lo que aportarás: •Tecnología o Técnica en Mecánica (Soldadura, Tuberías, Montajes), Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Instrumentación, Eléctrica o afines. •Mínimo 3 años de Experiencia en áreas de mantenimiento, operación de calderas, compresores, plantas de emergencia. •Conocimiento de PLC, sistema SCADA. •Conocimiento en Sistemas de Tratamiento de aguas. •Conocimiento en Operación de Variadores de Velocidad, Sistemas de Bombeo y Osmosis Inversa. •INTERNOS: Mínimo 1 año en el rol actual y no estar sujeto a ningún plan de mejora por desempeño. #careersatbaxter #IND-LATOPS Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
