This role is offered as a fixed-term contract as parental leave cover, expected to last approximately until end of 2027. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a dynamic multinational environment while contributing to a wide range of people-related initiatives and projects. Responsibilities: Coordinate local implementation of HR policies, programs, and employee lifecycle processes. Manage relationships with stakeholders including external vendors and service providers. Develop employee and manager targeted communications related to HR programs, policies, and initiatives Create and maintain content for the HR portal to ensure employees have access to up-to-date information. Support employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and company culture initiatives. Utilize HR systems and data to generate reports, identify trends, and support informed decision-making. Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes and employee experience. Qualifications Required 2+ years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Specialist, Employee Experience, or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of Czech labor legislation and core HR processes. Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and HR data reporting. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or People related area (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology). Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered. Experience in a multinational environment. Experience managing employee programs, wellbeing, DE&I, or engagement initiatives. Experience collaborating with external vendors and service providers. Czech language.
