The Senior Sales Customer Representative – Hospital & Acute Care in Lebanon is responsible for driving sustainable business growth, advancing patient access, and delivering exceptional customer value across assigned healthcare institutions and stakeholders. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals and decision-makers, the role leverages deep customer insights, strategic account management, and scientific engagement to maximize the impact of our Company's portfolio while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and patient focus. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business & Account Management Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales, market share, and business objectives. Build and strengthen strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Identify customer needs and translate insights into tailored value-based solutions. Drive account development and execution excellence across assigned institutions. Commercial Excellence Consistently achieve or exceed sales and performance targets. Generate and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities to ensure sustainable growth. Effectively position and communicate the value of our Company's Hospital & Acute Care portfolio. Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and healthcare trends to optimize business strategies. Customer Engagement & Collaboration Deliver a superior customer experience through impactful, solution-oriented engagements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory, and other teams to maximize customer value and patient outcomes. Serve as a credible partner by providing timely product, clinical, and market information. Leadership & Execution Demonstrate leadership through influence, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Apply advanced selling skills, sound judgment, and strong business acumen to maximize territory performance. Ensure excellence in planning, forecasting, resource management, and CRM execution. Operate with the highest levels of integrity, accountability, and compliance. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably within Hospital, Specialty Care, Virology, or other complex healthcare environments. Proven track record of delivering consistent sales growth and exceeding business objectives. Strong experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders. Core Competencies Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen. Advanced customer engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills. Deep understanding of healthcare systems, hospital dynamics, and market environments. Ability to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive execution.
