Responsibilities: Develop and execute data-driven trade marketing strategies by translating customer KPIs and analytics into effective assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising recommendations across online and offline channels. Lead shopper marketing programs across customer touchpoints, including e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, apps, email marketing, and in-store activations, to drive engagement and conversion. Analyze market, customer, product, sales, and trade investment performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize promotional effectiveness, and maximize ROI and budget efficiency. Drive Category Management, Shelf Management, and Planogram initiatives to enhance product visibility, shopper navigation, merchandising excellence, and shelf productivity. Develop compelling customer selling stories and lead line review processes, partnering cross-functionally to accelerate sales growth, brand awareness, product trial, and customer engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, combined with at least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, or Sales, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry. Business fluency in German and English Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience leveraging shopper insights and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI), as well as advanced Excel skills to support business recommendations and decision-making. Solid understanding of retail customers, shopper behavior, and commercial processes, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth opportunities. Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders effectively.
