Sr. Engineer - Design Engineering Projects (F/M/D)

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Understanding customer technical specifications, sales input, site conditions for projects. Engineering activities include site kick off meetings and site survey for projects Preparation of General arrangement drawing, bill of materials, Datasheets, process diagram for instrumentation and Electrical layout drawings. Engineering release of brought out items as per design. Building 3 Dimensional model in AutoCad inventor, Preparation and release of manufacturing drawings, bill of materials and engineering activities including site kick off meeting, site survey for projects. Preparation of erection and Lifting drawings and documentation, Visit to vendors place for Verifications and product development support Pre order stage General arrangement drawing, bill of materials and technical support to sales team, Site visits for technical discussions, if required Support to quality assurance activities, ERP system support for engineering activities, item description, item release Support during guaranteed test run for Establishing Guarantee parameters, Erection and Commissioning support as per site requirements Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Proven track record of at least 6 to 8 years in Design department Experience in Engineering projects with reputed company 5 to 7 years Hands on experience on 3 Dimensional model, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault Professional and AutoCAD ( (Automatic Computer-Aided Design), Autodesk Inventor course completion certificate In-depth knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing process Engineering products, Indian and global standards Good communication and writing skills, Demonstrate problem-solving skills enable to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop viable solutions Motivate, and empower others, delegate effectively ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
