Job Description SummaryAs a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain FP&A, you will be providing financial planning, analysis, and business partnering support to the Europe and EAGM Logistics Operations organization. This role is part of the Global Supply Chain Finance organization within AIS Logistics Finance. In this role, you will independently own financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis for assigned Logistics Operations, delivering timely financial insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision making. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance. The successful candidate is expected to manage priorities independently, build strong partnerships across Finance and Operations, and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance, reporting quality, and process efficiency. Job Description Responsibilities Independently owning financial planning activities for assigned Europe and EAGM Logistics Operations, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and variance analysis. Owning financial reporting and performance analysis for assigned logistics cost centers. Partnering with Logistics Operations leaders and regional Finance teams to support operational decision making and productivity initiatives. Analyzing transportation, warehousing, customs, and other logistics costs to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and performance improvement actions. Developing financial models and scenario analyses to support operational and strategic business decisions. Preparing executive-ready presentations for operating reviews and leadership meetings. Presenting financial results, risks, and opportunities to regional Finance and Operations leadership. Supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities in partnership with Controllership. Driving reporting automation and continuous improvement using Power BI and advanced Excel. Continuously improving reporting accuracy, data quality, and analytical processes. Collaborating across FP&A, Controllership, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics within Global Supply Chain Finance. Coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives while independently managing assigned deliverables. Supporting implementation of global finance standards and reporting governance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or another quantitative discipline, Progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Logistics Finance, or Cost Management. Experience partnering with Supply Chain or Logistics Operations, Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize workload, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality financial analysis with minimal supervision, Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and variance analysis. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or similar - nice to have), Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (nice to have), Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization. Track record of driving process improvements and reporting simplification. Fluent English. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting regional or global Supply Chain Finance organizations. Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation cost management, inventory management, and supply chain performance metrics. Experience supporting productivity initiatives, cost optimization projects, or finance transformation.
