Job Description Lead and oversee Gilead Korea's Clinical Operations portfolio, including global clinical trials, cell therapy studies, and post-marketing surveillance (PMS) programs as required. Provide strategic, operational, and financial oversight to ensure successful study execution, regulatory compliance, and achievement of program objectives. Lead cross-functional study teams and partner with affiliate, regional, and global stakeholders to drive clinical development strategies and business priorities. Manage CROs, vendors, investigators, study budgets, timelines, quality metrics, and operational risks. Support affiliate Clinical Operations responsibilities, including local regulatory requirements and country-specific obligations. Drive resource planning, workforce optimization, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, ICH-GCP, company policies, and industry best practices. Build and develop high-performing teams through strong people leadership, coaching, performance management, and talent development. Required Qualifications 15+ years (BS/MS equivalent adjusted) of clinical research or life sciences experience, including significant study management leadership experience. Proven experience leading global clinical trials and complex clinical programs. Experience in advanced therapeutic medicinal product programs preferred. Experience managing PMS studies and local regulatory requirements. Strong people leadership experience with demonstrated success in team development and organizational capability building. Experience in CRO/vendor selection, oversight, and performance management. Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, MFDS, ICH-GCP, and applicable clinical research regulations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
