Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The role The IDD Product Manager owns the performance and direction of assigned allergy and autoimmune diagnostic portfolios. The role connects product strategy, market insight, digital and social media engagement, launch planning, lifecycle management, forecasting and customer-facing execution. This is a commercially focused, analytically strong marketing role. It requires the ability to simplify complex diagnostic solutions into clear, compliant value propositions for laboratories, healthcare-provider-facing commercial teams, channel partners and internal stakeholders. The role works closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing Operations, Medical/Scientific, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Support and global Centers of Excellence to support portfolio adoption and strengthen customer partnerships. Portfolio remit • Assigned allergy and autoimmune diagnostic portfolios, including ImmunoCAP™ tests, EliA™ tests and Phadia™ Laboratory Systems where applicable. • Customer segments may include reference laboratories, hospital laboratories, private laboratories, healthcare-provider-facing commercial teams, distributors and key opinion leaders. • Scope includes product strategy, new product introductions, lifecycle management, product care, demand generation, sales enablement, distributor activation and customer experience. Core accountabilities Product strategy and lifecycle leadership • Own the product strategy, lifecycle plan and performance rhythm for assigned portfolios. • Monitor revenue, margin, market share, product mix, adoption, product availability, launch progress and lifecycle risks. • Identify opportunities for expansion, rationalization, positioning improvement and customer-value enhancement. • Maintain a clear view of approved product names, availability, claims and customer-facing positioning. Market insight, analytics and planning • Lead market, customer, competitor, pricing, tender, reimbursement and pipeline analysis. • Turn insights into recommendations for STRAP, annual operating plans, launch plans and GTM plans. • Guide dashboards that track revenue, funnel performance, campaign results, engagement, stock movement, forecast accuracy and ROI. • Use CRM, sales data, digital analytics, social insights and voice-of-customer feedback to sharpen prioritization. Digital, social media and demand generation • Partner with Marketing Operations to build integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, web, webinars, congresses, sales enablement and distributor channels. • Define audiences, messages, customer journeys, calls to action, lead-nurture workflows and measurement plans before launch. • Review reach, engagement, click-through rates, marketing-qualified leads, conversion, sales follow-up and content performance. • Recommend improvements across SEO, paid media, landing pages, email journeys, webinar follow-up, campaign tagging and marketing automation. Go-to-market and commercial execution • Co-create GTM plans by country, customer segment, portfolio, channel and buying stage. • Develop value propositions, launch materials, training tools and sales messages that support customer needs and business priorities. • Support customer visits, distributor meetings, scientific congresses, tender discussions, KOL engagement and key account planning. • Partner with Sales and Channel teams on pricing tactics, deal support, opportunity development and margin discipline. Customer, KOL and channel partnership • Build strong relationships with laboratories, KOLs, key accounts, channel partners and internal commercial teams. • Capture customer insight through meetings, field engagement, congress activity and advisory interactions. • Develop distributor and sales enablement initiatives, including training, campaign toolkits, objection handling and follow-up materials. • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews and convert actions into closed-loop follow-up. Forecasting and operational alignment • Lead product-level input into annual forecasts and quarterly reviews with Sales, Channel, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain. • Monitor stock, backorders, demand shifts, launch timing, tender cycles and campaign impact. • Support S&OP, MWBT and business reviews with clear data, risks, assumptions and recommendations. • Apply PPI and continuous improvement methods to product management and customer-facing workflows. Compliance, brand and content governance • Ensure customer-facing materials follow IDD editorial style, brand guidance, product naming, trademark, regulatory and legal requirements. • Partner with Regulatory, Legal, Marketing and global teams on claims, disclaimers, availability statements and legal manufacturer language. • Use approved review processes, including Workfront where required, for customer-facing assets. • Protect confidential company, customer, pricing, tender and product information. Cross-functional leadership • Influence across a matrix organization without relying on direct authority. • Create alignment between Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, Regulatory and global teams. • Support team direction by sharing product expertise, coaching colleagues and contributing to strategic decision-making. • Communicate complex information clearly through executive summaries, dashboards, business cases and stakeholder updates. Success measures • Revenue, margin, market share and product mix performance. • Launch readiness, GTM execution and post-launch adoption by country, segment and channel. • Forecast accuracy, stock availability, lifecycle risk management and portfolio health. • Campaign ROI, engagement, lead quality, conversion, sales follow-up and funnel progression. • CRM discipline, opportunity quality, business review action closure and distributor activation. • Quality of product positioning, sales enablement, customer insight and strategic recommendations. • Compliance with IDD brand, editorial, regulatory, legal and review-process requirements. Required qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical science, life sciences, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, marketing, business or a related discipline. Equivalent education and experience may be considered. • Five or more years of experience in product management, marketing, commercial excellence, sales or a related role in diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals or medical devices. • Experience with allergy diagnostics, autoimmune diagnostics, IVD, clinical laboratory workflows, medical devices, laboratory services or distributor-led markets is strongly preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
