Job Purpose: Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve the organization's short and long-term sales goals at underground equipment product line in P.R.China Main Responsibilities: 1.Ensure attainment of assigned geography’s budgeted sales value, volume and/or profitability. 2.Ultimate responsibility is to meet established sales goals and ensuring they are effectively cascaded in sales goals of sales team. 3.Liaise and work with sales area management and product division to set forecasts, budgets and targets. Review and monitor regular business performance metric periodically and refine sales strategy. 4.Ensure that end-user, customer relations are effectively managed. 5.Manage the first line sales managers/engineers’ performance and results. 6.Managerial responsibility for multiple team/departments across location. 7.Ensure strong financial discipline within assigned geographical territory. balancing sales results and managing administrative and sales (A&S) expense. Requirements: 1. 12-15 years of experience. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience on leading a function. A track record of driving profitable business growth is a key requirement of the position. 2. University Degree, preferably in Mining or Mechanical Engineering. 3. PROBLEM SOLVING Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment. COMMUNICATION Negotiates and influences the opinions of others within the business unit and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience. English proficiency is equivalent to C1(by EF) CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Drive development of new methods, tools and processes. Responsible for sharing of best practices. EHS Accountable for environment, health and safety as per local legislation, policies etc. COMPLIANCE Ensure adherence to Sandvik Code of Conduct, applicable legislation and established policies and guidelines within area of responsibility.
