Job Description Under moderate supervision, the Analyst III is responsible for supporting Agencies and the role of the Agent as a Trusted Advisor in the Claims experience. The individual is the primary resource and liaison between the claims department and the agency staff through attending and participating in a variety of agent meetings, advising agents on minor claim issues and/or new claims processes.Key Responsibilities Serves as the advocate on claims digital capabilities and change for agents and agency staff via chat Identifies and refers issues to the appropriate areas for root cause analysis and resolution Interfaces with agents and agency staff on chat platform to address questions and concerns about Claims Functions as resource for claims offices and staff on general claim matters involving agents Acts as a knowledgeable resource on claims strategic priorities and trusted advisor strategy Preferred QualificationsCandidates residing in Pacific or Mountain time zones preferred but not required 3–5 years of claims experience preferred Documents the claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process Experience in claims operations or insurance with adjuster mindset Strong understanding of digital claims tools and platforms Excellent communication skills, especially in virtual/chat environments Ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor to agents Skilled in problem-solving and root cause identification Familiarity with claims documentation and evaluation processes Comfortable working independently under moderate supervision Experience supporting agency staff or field operations Notice of Licensing Requirement: · Notice of Licensing Requirement: As a condition of employment, you are expected to satisfy licensing requirements.
