You will design and deliver a risk-based clinical audit programme that protects patients and strengthens business performance. You will work closely with local teams, central functions and third parties to drive simple, effective controls and improvement. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead design and delivery of a clinical risk-based audit programme across Europe, the Middle East and Africa that meets regulatory authority requirements leveraging different and novel audit types. Build, lead and coach a team of auditors to deliver consistent, high-quality audits and effective follow-up. Provide strategic input in the development, management, and implementation of strategies and initiatives, policies and procedures to support the audit program. Build and maintain beneficial working relationships with internal and external customers and across the Matrix in R&D Quality and Risk Management. Interpret metrics, trend reporting and insights to inform risk priorities and improve controls. Support inspection readiness, regulatory interactions and investigations of significant compliance issues. Working pattern and location This role is based in the United Kingdom or Poland with remote working. The role requires limited international travel. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Health Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Scientific/pharmaceutical industry background with experience in clinical trials. Knowledge of global, regional, and national regulatory requirements and regulations. Experience delivering risk-based audits of internal operations and third-party suppliers. Experience leading and developing audit teams across multiple locations. Project management skills and management of complex cross-functional activities. Verbal, written, and presentation skills and ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. Interpersonal skills, and ability to work in the matrix across geographical and organisational boundaries. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience supporting regulatory inspections and inspection readiness activities. Knowledge of GCP practices and international regulatory standards. Familiarity with audit management systems and data analytics tools for insight generation. Digital savviness - experience with AI/ML and data analytics Ability to lead change, simplify processes and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
