Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey by managing customer inquiries, order processing, quotations, master data maintenance, and administrative support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a shared services environment, multinational company, or corporate office. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach. Ability to manage complex customer requests and resolve escalations in a professional and timely manner. Proven ability to meet performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs). Capable of working independently while exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy when interacting with customers and business partners. Willingness to participate in cross-training initiatives and support business needs as required. Experience ensuring data integrity and maintaining high-quality standards.
