Analytical & Technical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems using data, quantitative methods, digital tools, and emerging technologies, with experience or interest in areas such as analytics, visualization, programming, engineering, design, or technology-enabled transformation. Communication & Leadership Potential: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
