Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Overall purpose of job: This position executes J&J, distributor employee and HCPs trainings and certification programs to ensure consistent optimum clinical outcomes of J&J All products including Refractive, Lex Extraction (Laser cataract Surgery & Phaco), Ocular Surface and Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) Provides pre and post-sales clinical support to: J&J Local functions, distributors and HCPs, including Medical Advice and Off label discussions Supports local teams to ensure compliance of J&J and distributor resources with external and internal requirements and policies. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert level support to external and internal J&J customers and certified distributors, especially during new product introductions Provide optimization and problem-solving support for existing users, e.g. at sites experiencing sub-optimal clinical results Implement and execute J&J HCPs Certification programs including equipment (Refractive & Laser cataract Surgery) and IOLs (Biometry Excellence Program) Support focus countries and strategic projects aligned with local commercial organization Identify customer and business needs in cooperation with local Management. Develop and implement action plans to ensure consistent and optimal clinical outcome while driving premium procedure market share Provide Equipment & IOLs clinical support during sales training, demonstrating equipment to local commercial teams as requested by related stakeholders Support Demos/studies as required by Medical Affairs/local organization Introduce J&J technologies to key accounts and KOLs Key Requirements: Biomedical engineer OR Optical/ Medical University degree Clinical and surgical ophthalmic background highly preferred Fluent in Turkish and English language both written and spoken Eligible of Min of 65% Field activity.(Active driving) Supporting Educational activities in area of responsibility aligned with local Stakeholders and EMEA Director Prof. Education and development (max 20% of time) Clinical support experience in refractive surgery, Femtosecond lasers and cataract surgery Subject matter expertise, high and detailed knowledge of products and respective clinical application Good presentation and communication skills towards decision makers Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible toward management and customer needs regarding work scheduling Training and/or teaching experience preferred Willingness to travel frequently Required Skills: Preferred Skills:
