Product Marketing Specialist Job Summary This role drives market growth and customer engagement for our Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry portfolio, with a focus on Life Science, by turning customer and market insights into business opportunities through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Drive market development and demand generation activities for Life Science solutions Develop and execute product marketing initiatives, including campaigns, seminars, and customer engagements Translate customer needs and market trends into clear value propositions and growth opportunities Drive business development by identifying target accounts and qualifying leads through cross-functional collaboration Support Sales with product positioning, solution messaging, and opportunity development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve pipeline quality, win rate, and overall business growth Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Science, Analytical Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields 3+ years of experience in product marketing, business development, technical sales, or application support Strong interest in Life Science and related analytical workflows Hands-on experience in LC/LC-MS, GC/GC-MS, IC, ICP, or sample preparation preferred Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to understand customer needs and turn them into practical product and market strategies Business-level English and native-level Korean Strong ownership, planning, and execution mindset Willingness to travel within Korea as needed
