About the Role: Within the Global Patient Safety (GPS) department and the GPS Strategy and Transformation team (GPS S&T), act as GPS Transformation Project Manager collaborating with entire GPS team and other non-GPS stakeholders on GPS and cross-functional projects. The main responsibilities of the GPS Transformation Project Manager will be to lead projects involving a large number of stakeholders from and outside GPS team from project plan design to its execution. The GPS project manager will also be the back-up of the Head of Strategy & Transformation when applicable. Main Responsibilities Project Management For each project assigned to her/him, the GPS Transformation Project Manager will develop a project plan based on the business needs, internal process, project milestone and monitor its execution ensuring timelines are met while maintaining the level of quality expected. GPS Transformation Project Manager will develop project management framework including the following key aspects: Project framework assessment & implementation: GPS Transformation Project Manager will assess the type of support and involvement required for each project including appropriate structured planning, tracking and Governance Project coordination: GPS Transformation Project Manager will act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, including internal teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement) and external vendors. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collective intelligence and maintain alignment and ensure effective communication across multicultural and cross-functional teams. Monitoring, risk identification and management: GPS Transformation Project Manager will identify barrier to execution and escalate appropriately during project team meeting and/or governance meeting, as appropriate. Tracking tools and templates: the GPS Transformation Project Manager will contribute to create tools and template enabling effective project conduct, follow-up and ultimately implementing project management methodology, thus promoting best practices. Scope: GPS transformation and GPS projects: the Project Manager will support the GPS Transformation execution from collections of needs, their translation into initiatives, their conduct and execution. Company or asset integration / divestment project: the Project Manager will lead these projects being main GPS point of contact for these integration teams. Built the integration plan and coordinate its execution. Cross functional initiatives: the Project Manager will drive these initiatives and other large projects where GPS is involved Workshop design and facilitation GPS Transformation Project Manager will support project development, continuous improvement initiatives, and GPS strategy definition through the design and facilitation of workshops and seminars that promote collective intelligence and cross-functional ideas fertilization and collaboration. Each seminar will be designed with a clear focus on the desired outcomes, ensuring that sessions are structured to achieve specific objectives. GPS Transformation Project Manager is responsible for planning and orchestrating collaborative working sessions, guiding participants through productive discussions, and facilitating the delivery of each session to maximize engagement and effectiveness. Following each workshop or seminar, the GPS Transformation Project Manager ensures that comprehensive debriefs, and follow-up activities are conducted to ensure tracking and execution of identified actions thereby ensuring accountability and driving tangible results from each collaborative effort. Communication The GPS Transformation Project Manager leads and further develops the GPS communication plan across Ipsen internal platforms (intranet, GPS presentation site). actively contributes to the GPS Transformation Newsletter Working Group. designs and implements dedicated communication plans for key GPS project, ensuring clear, timely, and audience-appropriate messaging Micro-solutions and Dashboards The GPS Transformation Project Manager designs, implements, and continuously enhances dashboards and micro-solutions to streamline operational and administrative activities within the department and that may support data-driven decision-making. develops internal tools when feasible and collaborates with technical specialists for more advanced or complex solutions. GPS contract management: Scope: all global GPS Service providers contracts except (i) PV Vendor oversight related contracts and (ii) commercial partners contracts (PVAs and SDEAs). GPS Transformation Project Manager plans, coordinates, and executes GPS contracts, including contract preparation incorporating inputs from business, legal, and procurement stakeholders. coordinates supplier qualification processes and consolidates and manages budgetary aspects related to each contract. In addition, GPS Transformation Project Manager is involved in the review of all GPS contracts, except those related to commercial partners and regional local activities. So as to have the oversight of all GPS global service providers contracts, to execute following compliance requirements: Acts as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related topics related to GPS contracts and staff organization. holds responsibility for designated sections of the PSMF and serves as a contact person during audits or inspections for GPS contract and staff organization topics. Budget The GPS Transformation Project Manager prepares the GPS budget in collaboration with GPS Subject Matter Experts and Leadership Team members and consolidates inputs for the GPS S&T Head and GPS Head. It is expected for her/him to develop a meaningful and pragmatic approach in order to find win-win solutions that suits both business and finance needs and constraints.
