This Position reports to: Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Vadodara, India. You will be mainly accountable for:Leading the project team allocated to the project. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the roleDegree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (should be full-time) Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, order handling, and customer relationship management. Proven experience in end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities. Experience in managing project financials, including invoicing, cost control, budgeting, and cash flow management. Strong expertise in customer management, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and drive project milestones to completion. Strong knowledge of SAP SD, along with a solid understanding of compliance requirements, quality standards, and cybersecurity regulations.
