Job Title: Team Leader- Environment Location: Panoli The Role: Lead environmental operation management and its effective execution with the help of team. Ensure compliance of regulatory environmental permits, submissions, monitoring and other obligation under various rules and regulation. Review, revise, training and communication of Environmental SOP’s including records management and ensure all environmental operations as per SOP’s. Ensure safe environmental operations by stringent FMC standards and safety procedure compliance and to contribute to “zero injury target”. Work closely with all stack holders like production, safety, engineering, QA/QC , Admin, etc for achieving environmental goals and targets and effective environmental operation. Plan and carry out ITPM for Environmental operation related equipment/plant like (ETP, RO, MEE and ATFD) to ensure equipment and structure integrity. Dealing with Regulatory authorities visits, Audits at site including reporting to stake holders, compliances for the communications from authorities and preparing reply with documents for ensuring 100% compliances. Ensure effective hazardous and non-hazardous waste management as per business requirements and within the limits of regulatory permits safely. Learn Use of various online tools available in company for management of cost control, Capital projects, Safety management tools and Admin -HR tools and to prepare exhaustive reports to submit and present as per company’s plan.. Take initiative and lead for environmental improvement projects for sustainability, cost optimization, waste reduction, water and energy conservation to meet company’s goals and targets. Budgeting, forecasting and tracking cost/expense regularly to participate in company’s budget monitoring. Manpower management for effective use and optimize the resources as per company’s plan. The Candidate: 10-15 years of overall experience, (7-10 years of relevant experience) Qualification: B.E Chemical Engineering, M Tech Environment or B Tech environment.
