Senior Sales Representative (Mexico City)

Work Flexibility: Field-based Join a team focused on expanding access to innovative orthopedic and trauma solutions across Mexico City. In this field-based sales role, you will manage a defined territory, build relationships with surgeons, support procedure growth, and execute customer-focused strategies that drive business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service. What You Will Do Achieve assigned sales targets within the orthopedic and trauma portfolio in the designated territory. Identify, engage, and acquire new surgeon customers to expand product adoption and territory coverage. Conduct regular visits with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote products and support procedural utilization. Generate and follow up on surgical opportunities to help ensure timely case support and territory growth. Develop and execute customer-specific plans for key accounts in alignment with territory objectives. Coordinate with surgical support teams to deliver consistent service before, during, and after procedures. Serve as a product resource for customers by providing accurate product information and responding to inquiries. Monitor product availability and communicate inventory-related information to support customer needs. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopedic and trauma medical device sales. Professional proficiency in Spanish. Experience managing customer relationships within hospitals, clinics, or surgical environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams. Experience managing a geographic sales territory and achieving sales targets. Knowledge of orthopedic and trauma product portfolios. Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency. Travel Percentage: 20%
