THE ROLE: You will drive test innovation, test quality, cost efficiency, and analytics for AMD’s test vehicle programs. You will collaborate across functions and deliver industry-leading incite into future test and manufacturing technology. Your team’s schedule and analysis will define product plans and set the pace of next generation product design, fabrication and packaging technology adoptions. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills. They excel in collaboration, building team member trust, and constructing productive relationships across organizational boundaries. Adaptability, clear communication, and a proactive approach to challenges are essential, along with the ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes in dynamic environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Synthesize test vehicle objectives Own and drive project schedule Lead test vehicle PostSi reviews Derive test plans including flow and equipment Acquire test hardware and build test flows (V93K/Advantest) Debug complex hardware and software issues Build and introduce new test capability and methods Analyze and publish data to support decision-makers PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in similar role is ideal with particular focus on (ATPG, BIST, Adv Tech) Proven capability to innovate and enhance test capability Direct experience with Advantest/V93K test systems & MCC BI Systems (HPB5) ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, computer, manufacturing engineering, or related technical field.
