Maintenance Technician for Facility Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our recycling centers, outdoor facilities, and landscaped areas Monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of contracted cleaning services Performing maintenance, repair, and minor refurbishment work within facility management Carrying out winter maintenance duties on a rotating basis within the team Independently managing work orders and incident reports via the ticketing system within the assigned area of responsibility Instructing, supporting, and supervising external service providers and contractors Participation in the regular 24-hour on-call duty rotation Taking on additional responsibilities (e.g., elevator maintenance, sprinkler system maintenance, or first aid duties) Supporting other operational tasks and special projects as required Qualifications: Successfully completed technical or skilled trade vocational training, ideally in the woodworking or metalworking sector Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications Independent, structured, and responsible way of working Strong willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development Team-oriented, reliable, and service-minded personality Valid Class B driving license ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
